Role Overview: Customer Experience – Voice (Remote)

As a Customer Experience representative at Angel One, your primary responsibility will be handling customer queries via inbound calls. You will ensure the quick and efficient resolution of issues, manage a high volume of calls, and provide outstanding service in a timely manner. In this role, you will follow communication scripts, identify customer needs, clarify information, and offer appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle Inbound Calls:
    You will manage a large volume of incoming calls from customers, resolving their queries efficiently.

  2. Resolve Queries/Grievances:
    Provide quick and effective resolutions to customer queries, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

  3. Execute Trades on Behalf of Customers:
    For customers looking to trade, you will assist in executing their trades over the phone.

  4. Follow Communication Scripts:
    To ensure consistency and clarity, you will follow established communication scripts when addressing customer issues.

  5. Identify and Clarify Customer Needs:
    By listening carefully and asking the right questions, you will determine the customer’s needs and provide them with the best solutions.

  6. Maintain a Positive Attitude:
    A strong work ethic and a positive attitude are essential for delivering excellent customer service.

  7. Cross Sales:
    You will also be involved in identifying opportunities for cross-selling products and services that meet customer needs.

Who You Are:

  • NISM VIII/NISM 8 Certification is Mandatory:
    To be considered for this role, you must have the NISM VIII/NISM 8 certification.

  • Excellent Communication Skills in English:
    Fluency in both written and oral English is essential for handling customer calls effectively.

  • Financial Market Knowledge:
    A strong understanding of the financial market will help you better serve and advise clients.

  • Technical Requirements:
    You must have access to a laptop or PC with a reliable internet connection to work remotely.

  • Immediate Joiners Preferred:
    Angel One is looking for candidates who are available to join immediately.

Educational Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Management Studies (BMS), or Commerce (B.Com) is required for this role.
