Key Responsibilities
As a member of Convin's team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how sales and customer service are delivered:
Call Quality Feedback and Coaching: Provide detailed feedback and coaching to sales representatives, helping them improve their performance and boost customer satisfaction.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and ensure smooth implementation of these enhancements.
Reporting: Create and maintain detailed reports that track call quality trends and representative performance over time.
Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions on best practices, call quality standards, and how to optimize performance using Convin's AI-powered tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, sharing insights and strategies across teams.
What You Bring
To be successful in this role, you’ll need the following skills and qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver constructive feedback in a clear, motivating manner.
- Fluent in Hindi and English, both written and verbal.
- An analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to pinpoint issues and provide actionable solutions.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with quality monitoring tools is an advantage but not mandatory.
