Position Overview:
Infosys BPM Limited is seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage and execute end-to-end campaigns within the Martech team. This role involves overseeing campaign setup, data analysis, customer targeting, and optimizing campaign performance. The Team Lead will also handle insights generation and campaign performance reporting, working closely with various platforms and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Manage existing and new campaigns, including campaign setup, audience targeting, rollout, and performance tracking.
- Platform Management: Set up workflows and customer targeting on platforms such as:
- Oracle Responsys
- Oracle Unity (Customer Data Platform)
- Oracle Infinity IQ
- Data Insights: Analyze complex data sets to generate actionable insights, and communicate findings internally and to clients.
- SQL for Targeting: Use SQL queries to create targeted audiences for specific campaigns.
- Email Optimization: Collaborate with teams to optimize email campaigns across channels, implementing hyper-personalization and A/B testing.
- Performance Reporting: Generate reports, maintain data accuracy, and provide performance insights.
Technical and Professional Requirements:
- Oracle Responsys: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in designing and deploying email campaigns using Oracle Responsys.
- Oracle Unity CDP: Proven experience in implementing Oracle Unity CDP for at least two clients.
- Oracle Infinity IQ: Familiarity with Oracle Infinity IQ for developing business intelligence reports and reporting dashboards.
- Hyper-Personalization & A/B Testing: Experience in A/B testing and personalizing campaigns on Oracle platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Background in email marketing, with experience using relevant tools to optimize customer engagement.
