Position Summary
We are seeking an HR Manager who is experienced and strategic to lead our human resources team. This role is perfect for individuals with strong HR management skills who are passionate about developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and driving organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals and support its overall business strategy.
- Policy and Compliance: Create, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Recruitment and Talent Management: Oversee recruitment processes, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, providing guidance for employee development and career progression.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and organizational effectiveness.
- Organizational Development: Lead initiatives such as change management, restructuring, and culture transformation.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the HR team, ensuring effective execution of HR functions in a collaborative work environment.
- Client and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to address HR-related issues and support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
