Role Overview

The Customer Support Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-focused reports and services. Under the guidance of senior professionals, you will handle routine reporting tasks, support client inquiries, and ensure timely contract fulfillment. This position offers exposure to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, with opportunities to grow and develop expertise in data analytics and client support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Report Generation:
    Control the process of creating basic and routine reports, ensuring that they meet client specifications for quality and timeliness.

  • Client Data Requirements:
    Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet customer data requirements, aligning deliverables with expectations.

  • Data Verification:
    Adhere to IQVIA’s established data verification protocols to ensure accuracy and reliability in reports.

  • Client Inquiry Management:
    Research, analyze, and respond to routine client inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions.

  • Team Support:
    Assist in preparing for client service meetings, including attending customer sites when needed.

  • Ad-Hoc Studies:
    Produce specialized reports and studies on demand, showcasing your ability to meet dynamic client needs.


Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
  • At least two (2) years of related work experience is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in an IQVIA role or the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other PC applications.
  • Strong analytical skills to handle data-driven client requirements effectively.

Communication and Problem-Solving:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with various levels within the organization.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and customer service skills.

Work Flexibility:

  • Willingness to work in graveyard shifts.
  • Open to travel or working at McKinley Taguig as required.
