You'll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, tasked with troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels, including phone, chat, web tickets, and emails.
  • Issue Resolution: Record, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests while adhering to defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Technical Proficiency: Gain expertise in handling client service transactions with speed and accuracy, showcasing efficiency and professionalism.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with customers across regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC), respecting diverse cultural nuances.

Experience
