Role Overview
As a Process Associate - Recruitment, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires. This position is crucial in building and nurturing a strong talent pipeline for Genpact’s US/Canada clients.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications to meet organizational requirements.
Job Posting and Candidate Sourcing:
- Prepare recruitment materials and advertise job openings on various platforms such as job boards, newspapers, and college portals.
- Source and attract potential candidates using databases, job boards, and social media channels.
Screening and Selection:
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct interviews utilizing reliable selection tools and methodologies to ensure quality hires within the scheduled timeframe.
Onboarding and Integration:
- Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are well-integrated into the company.
Best Practices and Reporting:
- Monitor and apply best practices in HR recruitment.
- Generate detailed recruiting reports to support team decision-making.
Relationship Building:
- Act as a point of contact for candidates during the selection process.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a recruiter, particularly in in-house recruitment for US/Canada clients.
- Solid understanding of and experience with various interview and selection techniques (e.g., phone interviews, technical rounds, reference checks).
