Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Consultant, you will:

Educational Background
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Skills and Experience
- Basic PC keyboarding skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

- Multi-tasking capabilities across several applications.
- Familiarity with CRM applications (preferred).
