Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Consultant, you will:

Strengthen Customer Relationships

Eligibility Criteria

The ideal candidate should possess:

Educational Background

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills and Experience

  • Basic PC keyboarding skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Prior experience in client-facing technical support roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-diagnosis and resolution skills.
  • Multi-tasking capabilities across several applications.
  • Familiarity with CRM applications (preferred).

Technical Requirements for Work from Home
