Role Overview
The HRIS Analyst 1 will act as a crucial link between business and IT teams, driving the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Oracle HRMS systems. As an Individual Contributor (IC1), you will work on high-level HRMS needs analysis, support users, and ensure seamless functionality of HR applications.
Key Responsibilities
User Support
- Assist users in generating reports and processing mass change spreadsheets.
- Deliver system support for HR applications, including Oracle Core HRMS, HR Self-Service Applications, and Discoverer Reports.
Data Integrity and System Maintenance
- Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity within the Oracle HRMS database.
- Conduct high-level HRMS needs analysis and implement necessary modifications or enhancements.
Training and Documentation
- Prepare and update system documentation.
- Assist in developing and delivering HRMS training for users.
Testing and Special Projects
- Participate in User Acceptance Tests (UATs) to ensure smooth implementation of system updates.
- Undertake special projects to address specific HRMS issues as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR applications and MS Excel.
- Ability to ensure data accuracy and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Experience
- 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in HRIS, HR applications, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS systems or similar platforms is a strong advantage.
Language Proficiency
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
