Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative at Teleperformance, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assistance to customers through virtual channels. This role emphasizes excellent communication and a strong customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Provide efficient and empathetic support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

  • Prioritization & Multi-tasking: Handle multiple customer queries simultaneously, prioritizing tasks as needed to provide timely solutions.
  • Rotational and Split Shifts: Be willing to work in a flexible shift environment, including rotational and split shifts, to meet customer service needs around the clock.

Technical Requirements

To excel in this work-from-home role, candidates must meet the following system and network requirements to ensure a smooth experience for both the representative and the customer.

  • Hardware Requirements:
    • RAM: 8GB or higher
    • Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11
    • Processor: Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5, or higher
    • Webcam: Properly functioning for video calls and team interactions
    • Headset: USB headset to ensure clear audio communication with customers
  • Network Requirements:
    • Broadband/WiFi: Reliable connection with an upload and download speed of at least 20 Mbps

  • Availability Requirement:
    • No Planned Leave: Commitment to no planned leaves in the first three months of employment, ensuring consistency during the training and initial service period.
