Role Overview
As a Data Analyst, you will contribute to improving business strategies through data-driven insights. From managing datasets to creating dashboards and identifying trends, this role is central to supporting decision-making at Adda247.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Quality:
- Maintain and troubleshoot master datasets.
- Develop systems for efficient data collection and storage.
- Ensure data quality and address code-related issues.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Use statistical techniques to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Analyze trends and patterns in large datasets.
- Build models to depict customer behaviors and trends.
Collaboration & Process Improvement:
- Partner with management to prioritize data needs.
- Suggest new methods to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Train end-users on new reports and dashboards.
Technical Expertise:
- Provide input on data storage, mining, and cleansing techniques.
- Support initiatives to improve data normalization and integrity.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
- Strong technical expertise in:
- Data models, database design, and data segmentation.
- Tools like SQL, Business Objects, ETL frameworks, and programming (XML, JavaScript).
- Statistical analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, SAS).
- Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Proficient in report writing, querying, and presenting data insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of advanced reporting tools and statistical methodologies.
