Role Overview: Transaction Risk Investigator

The Transaction Risk Investigator is responsible for identifying and eliminating e-commerce risks related to buyer abuse. This position requires exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to ensure the integrity of Amazon’s platform.

Key Responsibilities

As a Transaction Risk Investigator, your primary duties will include:

  1. Risk Investigation:

    • Identify and eliminate risks related to buyer abuse within Amazon’s e-commerce platform.
    • Authenticate customers and validate complex transactions with a high degree of accuracy.

    • Exercise excellent judgment to make independent decisions on fraud and risk management cases with minimal guidance.
  3. Collaboration:
