About the Role

As a Data Associate I, you will contribute to improving the performance of Amazon’s AI/ML models by annotating data with precision. This role supports ML applications in areas such as semantic matching, ranking, computer vision, and augmented reality, directly impacting the quality of the search experience for millions of Amazon customers.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Data Annotation
- Perform accurate and timely annotation of data across a variety of workflows.
- Adhere to provided guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency.
Operations Management
- Meet business metrics and goals, including SLA, production, and quality targets.
- Maintain detailed records of daily tasks using trackers and workflow tools.
- Troubleshoot issues related to processes and conduct root cause analyses when necessary.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure all deliverables comply with Amazon’s quality standards.
- Proactively identify and escalate issues that may impact core deliverables or operations.
Collaboration
- Respond to stakeholder queries promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to project improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
Trend Analysis
