About the Role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing dashboards, conducting analyses, and generating actionable insights. Your work will directly contribute to improving customer satisfaction and streamlining operational processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business goals and deliver data-driven solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Operational Expertise: Build a deep understanding of operational processes to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Work closely with leaders to determine analytical needs, critical KPIs, and actionable recommendations.
  • Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards for managers to monitor and improve service quality.
  • User Story Creation: Write user stories based on business requirements and conduct user acceptance testing for operational data warehouses.
  • KPI Analysis: Quantify drivers of KPIs and recommend both short- and long-term improvement strategies based on findings.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

Required Experience

  • Expertise in Explorative Data Analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Statistics.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Experience conducting data-driven analyses to evaluate business performance and derive insights.
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as Power BI, SQL Server, and Knime.

Technical Proficiency

  • Data gathering, cleansing, and analysis of large volumes of data, including order management, financial, and product data.
  • Ability to present findings in a clear, actionable manner.
