About the Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing dashboards, conducting analyses, and generating actionable insights. Your work will directly contribute to improving customer satisfaction and streamlining operational processes. Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business goals and deliver data-driven solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Operational Expertise: Build a deep understanding of operational processes to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Work closely with leaders to determine analytical needs, critical KPIs, and actionable recommendations.
- Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards for managers to monitor and improve service quality.

Qualifications and Skills
