Position Overview: HR Manager
As the HR Manager, you will lead the company’s HR function and play a pivotal role in the growth and success of FyerX. You’ll oversee recruitment, performance management, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process.
2. Performance Management
- Design and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and set goals.
