Role Overview

The Benchmarking Analyst role is central to Finalta’s mission of helping clients achieve world-class performance. Your work will involve:

  1. Client Interaction: Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs, gather data, and ensure the success of benchmarking projects.
  2. Strategic Recommendations: Using performance data and best practices to develop actionable insights for clients to set targets, prioritize initiatives, and drive change.
  3. Market Analysis: Analyzing trends to provide clients with clear, strategic directions.
  4. Project Ownership: Managing a portfolio of clients through the six-month benchmarking cycle, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
