Role Overview

As a Junior Customer Support Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for players, ensuring they receive timely and professional assistance. This role involves working in a dynamic environment that values innovation, teamwork, and a player-centric approach.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to player queries through live chat and email.
  • Provide empathetic and professional support to build trust and satisfaction.
  • Monitor player feedback and suggest improvements for enhancing the user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve player issues seamlessly.
  • Champion positive player experiences and advocate for their happiness. 

Preferred Candidate Profile

Essential Skills

  • Fluency in English (C1 level) and native-level proficiency in Hindi and Kannada.
  • Strong typing skills with a valid Words Per Minute (WPM) score.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements

  • EFSET certificate to validate English proficiency.
  • Willingness to complete a test assignment during the hiring process.
