Role Overview
As a Junior Customer Support Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for players, ensuring they receive timely and professional assistance. This role involves working in a dynamic environment that values innovation, teamwork, and a player-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to player queries through live chat and email.
- Provide empathetic and professional support to build trust and satisfaction.
- Monitor player feedback and suggest improvements for enhancing the user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve player issues seamlessly.
- Champion positive player experiences and advocate for their happiness.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Essential Skills
- Fluency in English (C1 level) and native-level proficiency in Hindi and Kannada.
- Strong typing skills with a valid Words Per Minute (WPM) score.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Sharp problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Enthusiasm for learning and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements
- EFSET certificate to validate English proficiency.
- Willingness to complete a test assignment during the hiring process.
