About the Role
The Data Analyst supports critical client business processes and operations, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. As a Data Analyst, you’ll work closely with the Senior Data Analyst and Operations Delivery Lead, gaining valuable exposure to innovative business models and the latest tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will involve a mix of analytics, operations, and collaboration:
Operational Mastery
- Understand and clearly communicate client business issues, operating rules, and procedures.
- Execute and enhance pre-defined operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Apply quality checks and validations on deliverables to maintain high standards.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and work with stakeholders to implement them.
- Test new operational procedures to ensure accuracy and seamless integration into existing workflows.
- Stay updated on the latest tools and techniques to continually refine processes.
Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across various time zones to ensure smooth delivery.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable tasks for technical teams and vice versa.
- Assist the engineering team in implementing new or updated operational processes.
Analytical Excellence
- Develop subject matter expertise over time and apply it to operational processes.
- Carry out secondary research as needed to support client queries and operational deliveries.
- Investigate and resolve client questions related to operational projects.
What You Bring to the Table
Essential Qualifications
- Educational Background:
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics/Communication, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. - Technical Proficiency:
- 1–2 years of experience with data mining tools like SQL.
- Familiarity with stored procedures is a plus.
- Industry Experience:
Exposure to Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting, or Analytics Consulting is advantageous. - Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail, quality consciousness, and an operational mindset.
