Responsibilities
As a Client Relations Analyst, you will be responsible for a range of tasks that support the smooth onboarding and maintenance of investor profiles. Your duties will include managing client and investor data, ensuring all documents are uploaded accurately, and maintaining proper access rights. Specific responsibilities include:
- Onboarding Investors: Adding new investors into the internal system and Helios, especially following the closure of Managed Funds or Transfer of Interest.
- Managing Wire Instructions: Creating and maintaining wire instructions for investors in the internal system.
- Document Management: Setting attributes for Investor/Managed Fund related documents and ensuring they are uploaded to the Document Management System according to client specifications.
- Data Maintenance: Creating and maintaining investor contacts and defining their user access rights in Helios.
- Process Improvement: Collaborating with IT and other stakeholders to refine and enhance systems and processes.
You will play a key role in ensuring that all processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and within the client’s deadlines.
