Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Account Manager, your role will focus on building and nurturing value-driven relationships with new and existing North American SMB customers. You will be responsible for managing the opportunity pipeline, working with customers to resolve any issues with their Creative Cloud subscriptions, and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Create Value-Based Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction with Adobe’s Digital Media products.
  • Manage Opportunity Pipeline: Regularly update management with accurate progress on customer opportunities, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential sales.
  • Lead with Value-Led Conversations: Use your deep understanding of Adobe’s Digital Media products to lead conversations with customers, focusing on the value these solutions bring to their businesses.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with internal teams to address any customer issues related to subscriptions, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive Sales: Prioritize accounts with the highest potential for upselling and cross-selling, and engage customers through phone and email outreach.


Job Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in SaaS sales or account management.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication abilities are essential for managing customer relationships and documentation.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to track customer communication and progress efficiently.
  • Quick Learner: You must be able to quickly learn new products and adapt to the evolving needs of customers.
  • Focus and Drive: A task-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet sales and customer satisfaction targets.
