Job Role: Online Business Manager/Virtual Assistant

As an Online Business Manager at Wishup, you will work closely with US-based clients, managing their operations, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring business efficiency. This is a full-time, remote role that requires working in US time zones.

Roles & Responsibilities

Depending on client requirements, you’ll take on tasks such as:

  1. E-commerce Assistance:

    • Manage online stores on platforms like Amazon Seller and Shopify.
  2. Project Management:

    • Oversee projects, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
  3. Advanced Excel & MIS Reporting:

    • Prepare detailed reports and analyze data to support business decisions.
  4. CRM & Lead Management:

    • Maintain customer relationship management systems and nurture leads.

  5. Online Research:

    • Conduct market and competitor research to provide actionable insights.
  6. Lead Generation:

    • Identify potential clients and opportunities to expand the business.
  7. Executive Assistance:

    • Handle itinerary planning, calendar management, and inbox organization for executives.

Eligibility Criteria

Wishup seeks candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of full-time corporate experience.
  • A stable career track record.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong aptitude for mathematics and logical reasoning.
  • Experience in resolving work-conflict situations effectively.
  • Highly self-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in US time zones.


Prerequisites for the Role

To excel as an Online Business Manager, you’ll need:

  1. Work Setup:

    • A distraction-free workspace with zero external interference.
    • A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 70 Mbps.
    • A laptop with an integrated camera, at least 8GB RAM (Windows) or 2GB RAM (Mac), and an Intel Core i5 8th Generation processor or higher.
    • The latest versions of Windows or macOS, and MS Office installed.
  2. Tools:

    • A smartphone with email capabilities.
    • A pair of headphones for communication.

Work Shift Options

Depending on client requirements, your shift will be either:

  • 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
  • 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

Compensation

Wishup offers a competitive salary with up to a 30% hike, capped at ₹85,000 per month.
