Job Role: Online Business Manager/Virtual Assistant
As an Online Business Manager at Wishup, you will work closely with US-based clients, managing their operations, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring business efficiency. This is a full-time, remote role that requires working in US time zones.
Roles & Responsibilities
Depending on client requirements, you’ll take on tasks such as:
E-commerce Assistance:
- Manage online stores on platforms like Amazon Seller and Shopify.
Project Management:
- Oversee projects, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
Advanced Excel & MIS Reporting:
- Prepare detailed reports and analyze data to support business decisions.
CRM & Lead Management:
- Maintain customer relationship management systems and nurture leads.

Online Research:
- Conduct market and competitor research to provide actionable insights.
Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients and opportunities to expand the business.
Executive Assistance:
- Handle itinerary planning, calendar management, and inbox organization for executives.
Eligibility Criteria
Wishup seeks candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time corporate experience.
- A stable career track record.
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
- Strong aptitude for mathematics and logical reasoning.
- Experience in resolving work-conflict situations effectively.

- Comfortable working in US time zones.
Prerequisites for the Role
To excel as an Online Business Manager, you’ll need:
Work Setup:
- A distraction-free workspace with zero external interference.
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 70 Mbps.
- A laptop with an integrated camera, at least 8GB RAM (Windows) or 2GB RAM (Mac), and an Intel Core i5 8th Generation processor or higher.
