Role Overview: HR Manager
ACE Online is looking for an HR Manager with 5 to 9 years of experience to lead the human resources department. This role requires a professional who can bring strong expertise to recruitment, training, performance management, and overall employee relations. As HR Manager, you’ll play a vital part in fostering a positive work culture, ensuring employee growth, and maintaining HR compliance. Key Responsibilities
As an HR Manager at ACE Online, you will be responsible for a wide range of human resources functions:
Recruitment and Selection
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and find suitable candidates. From sourcing and screening to interviewing, you will guide the hiring process, occasionally working with external agencies to bring in top talent.
- Non-Tech Recruitment Focus: Strong emphasis on non-tech recruitment, especially in educational and administrative roles.
- Offer Management: Conduct reference checks and handle employment contract issuance to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Onboarding and Orientation
- Employee Integration: Lead new hires through the onboarding process, offering orientation sessions, explaining company policies, and helping employees transition seamlessly into their roles.
- Company Culture Promotion: Familiarize new employees with the ACE Online culture, mission, and values, establishing a strong foundation for their career at ACE.
Employee Relations
- Employee Support: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and help foster a positive workplace environment.
- Policy Guidance: Offer guidance on HR policies to ensure employees understand and follow company practices, promoting a healthy and inclusive culture.
Performance Management
- Performance Evaluation: Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and tracking performance evaluations, giving feedback and supporting growth within teams.
- Goal Setting: Work with managers and employees to set achievable performance goals aligned with company objectives.
HR Administration
- Records Management: Maintain employee records, update the HR database, and manage essential documentation such as attendance, leave, and contracts.
- Report Generation: Generate HR reports to provide insights into workforce trends, performance metrics, and HR initiatives.
Training and Development
- Upskilling: Identify training needs within teams, coordinating training programs to support skill development.
- Internal and External Collaboration: Work closely with in-house trainers or external vendors to facilitate effective training sessions for continuous employee growth.
Compliance and Policies
- Legal Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws and ensure ACE Online's HR practices are legally compliant.
- Policy Development: Support the development and updating of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with both legal standards and best practices.
Benefits Administration
- Employee Benefits Support: Assist in managing benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Inquiries and Issue Resolution: Respond to employee questions regarding benefits and work to resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel as an HR Manager at ACE Online, you’ll need:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven 5 to 9 years in an HR role, with a focus on non-tech recruitment.
- HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Key Traits: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; a high level of confidentiality; attention to detail; and effective problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits
