About the Role
As an HR Product Developer, you'll be at the core of building data and management information (MI) products that provide valuable insights to stakeholders. Your contributions will enable Barclays to make strategic, informed decisions that align with its business objectives. You’ll engage in high-level data analysis, automation, and reporting, supporting HR functions across the organization by delivering business intelligence (BI) solutions, multi-dimensional data models, and custom dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will focus on transforming raw HR data into actionable insights, automating data processes, and creating reports and dashboards for strategic decision-making. Here’s an overview of what you’ll be responsible for:
Developing BI Solutions: Design and implement business intelligence solutions that support HR decision-making through data warehousing, multi-dimensional databases, and comprehensive reporting.
Data Extraction and Maintenance: Execute data extraction, cleansing, and maintenance from various sources, including internal systems and external databases.
Data Modeling and Visualization: Build data models, dashboards, and reports that effectively communicate Barclays’ HR key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and performance metrics.
Custom Query Development: Provide solutions to business-specific queries by developing custom data queries and reports tailored to specific requests.
KPI Monitoring and Recommendations: Monitor KPIs and assess trends, patterns, and anomalies to identify areas of improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
