Job Overview

As a Customer Support Agent at RemotePass, you will be the first line of support for platform users, handling inquiries about platform features, payments, account management, and more. Your main objective is to provide top-notch service, ensuring user satisfaction through swift and accurate issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ticket Management: Manage incoming tickets efficiently across email, phone, and chat.
  • Problem Resolution: Address issues related to platform use, payments, account details, and technical challenges.
  • Knowledge Base Management: Contribute to a well-maintained knowledge base to enhance support efficiency.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver prompt, accurate, and helpful responses to exceed customer expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with engineering, compliance, and product teams to address complex issues.
  • CSAT Elevation: Adhere to policies and procedures to help achieve high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  • Process Improvement: Log and track customer interactions to improve support quality continuously.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer support or service, ideally in a startup or dynamic setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and patience.
  • Familiarity with tools like Intercom, Zendesk, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Fluent English proficiency with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quick adaptability to new technologies and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or understanding of the fintech sector.
  • Knowledge or experience with payment compliance.
