About the Role

This position is less about technical expertise and more about personality and people skills. As the face of Kyndryl, you’ll engage directly with customers, solving their issues and providing support that exceeds expectations.
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll blend tech support with exceptional customer service. You don’t need prior experience in tech – we’ll provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. From day one, you’ll be learning, interacting, and making meaningful contributions. In your first month, you’ll be set up with one client and gradually learn the ropes, handling customer interactions through various channels such as chat, email, and MS Teams.
Working closely with experienced colleagues, you’ll also assist with escalations and gain insights into various job roles, developing a well-rounded skillset. With the opportunity to work with Microsoft 365, Excel, and other platforms, and earn certifications like Google Cloud, Azure, and Microsoft, this role is ideal for those who love continuous learning in a dynamic environment.

Skills and Experience
Required:
- 0-1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Flexibility to handle voice and chat support processes.
- Ability to work night or rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work on-site according to our hybrid model.
- Proficiency in Windows 10 troubleshooting and strong communication skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Windows, Mac, or Linux.
- Customer support or help desk experience.
- Adaptability and troubleshooting expertise.
