As a Language Model Analyst, you will play a key role in enhancing the capabilities of AI models by analyzing content, conducting research, and providing detailed feedback. You will be responsible for reading, summarizing, and breaking down large content into manageable blocks, validating claims through online research, and working closely with LLMs to improve their accuracy and functionality.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
In this role, your tasks will be diverse and intellectually stimulating. You’ll work on improving the performance of LLMs by:
Analyzing data and creating scenarios to help AI models understand and respond accurately. For example:
- Based on a given distribution of sales by month across different locations, you may be asked to analyze which location has experienced the most growth.
- You might work on a scenario where a postman is tasked with delivering mail to different neighborhoods with specific rules in place. You'll analyze patterns to predict the next delivery locations.
Providing feedback to help refine the model’s understanding. Your feedback will include constructive criticism, annotations, and suggestions to help the models improve their performance.
Conducting online research to validate claims made within the content, ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.
Working independently and collaborating remotely, you’ll be expected to manage your tasks effectively and communicate with the team as necessary.
This role will challenge you to apply your critical thinking skills and creativity in solving problems that improve how language models interact with and understand the world.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
High English Proficiency: A strong command of the English language, both in reading and writing. You’ll need to comprehend complex information and summarize it effectively.
Analytical Skills: Strong research and problem-solving abilities. You’ll be tasked with breaking down large content into logical segments and validating claims through online research.
Feedback Skills: The ability to provide clear, detailed, and constructive feedback to improve the AI models.

Independence: Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are crucial for success.
Commitment: Availability to work up to 40 hours per week during US business hours.
