About the Role:
Turing is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical candidate to play a key role in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) like GPT. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a high level of English comprehension, and the ability to deconstruct complex content. You’ll help validate and verify content claims, conduct online research, and provide structured feedback to improve AI models. Responsibilities:
- Analyze and Break Down Content: Review large sets of information, summarize, and segment them into clear, logical blocks.
- Scenario Creation for LLM Improvement: Develop scenarios and provide correct answers to help train the LLM.
- Content Validation: Verify content claims through independent online research.
- Feedback and Annotations: Provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations to support the AI model's accuracy and effectiveness.
- Problem-Solving Using AI: Use your skills and creative thinking to assist in developing model-solving techniques and puzzle-solving.
Sample Scenarios You'll Work On:
- Sales Analysis: Evaluate monthly sales data across locations, identify growth patterns, and consider periods of volatility.
- Logical Sequencing for Tasks: Help structure rules for logical sequences, such as postal routes with specific neighborhood visitation rules.
Requirements:
- English Proficiency: Exceptional reading and writing skills in English.
- Analytical Ability: Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Constructive Feedback: Ability to provide valuable feedback to improve content quality.
- Creative and Lateral Thinking: Flexibility to think outside the box for problem-solving.
- Self-Motivation: Able to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Availability: Up to 40 hours per week during US business hours.
- Technical Setup: Desktop or laptop with a stable internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or equivalent experience in these fields.
- Experience in business analysis, research analysis, copywriting, journalism, technical writing, editing, or translation is a plus.
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Suite.
