Role Overview
Dentsply Sirona is seeking an MIS Analyst responsible for managing critical data reports, including Decision Support System (DSS) and sell-out data, and overseeing the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and Salesforce (SFDC) customer management.
Key Responsibilities
- MIS Reporting: Gather, analyze, and release regular MIS and DSS reports, including sell-out data, to support data-driven decision-making.
- GeM Portal Management: Manage the Government e-Marketplace portal to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- SFDC Management: Handle Salesforce CRM tasks, including adding and updating customer profiles to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
Skills & Qualifications
- Data Management and Analysis: Proficiency in managing and analyzing large datasets and preparing actionable reports.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience working with Salesforce CRM (SFDC) or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Government Portals: Familiarity with GeM portal management is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
