Key Responsibilities

1. Business Objectives

  • Planning and Target Achievement: Develop monthly plans to meet assigned business objectives and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Dealer Support: Assist dealers in reaching their sales goals through regular visits, timely communication of schemes, and material availability.
  • Product Focus: Promote core and new products, ensuring consistent growth in sales.

2. Market Development and Intelligence

  • Territory Expansion: Identify and open new dealer counters to expand market potential.
  • Data Analysis: Use territory-level data to identify gaps and initiate corrective actions.
  • Dealer Upgradation: Enhance the value of existing dealer networks and drive growth.
  • Promotional Activities: Organize product awareness campaigns and meets for contractors and dealers.
  • Feedback Mechanism: Provide insights on market practices and competitor offerings to shape future schemes.

3. Dealer Management

  • Query Resolution: Address and resolve dealer queries promptly to foster strong relationships.
  • Material and Service Support: Ensure dealers have access to necessary materials, services, and promotional tools.
  • End-User Assistance: Provide solutions for dealer contractors and end customers when issues arise.

4. Collections

  • Payment Collections: Maintain timely payment collections from dealers as per benchmarks.
  • Outstanding Management: Regularly monitor outstanding payments and minimize overdue amounts.

5. Contractor Management

  • Loyalty Programs: Enroll contractors, update points, and extend loyalty benefits through dealers.
  • Awareness Meets: Plan and execute product awareness meets for contractors during new launches.

6. Customer Complaint Resolution

  • Investigate and resolve dealer and customer complaints within set timelines, ensuring satisfaction and credibility.

7. Reporting and Integration

  • Collaborative Efforts: Coordinate with project sales and services teams for leads and issue resolution.
  • Report Preparation: Share reports like daily visit summaries and monthly territory updates.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Preferred: MBA
    • Minimum: Graduate degree
