Experience: 0–5 years in the call center industry, preferably in chat/email operations

This role involves managing customer interactions via live chat and email, addressing queries related to orders, inventory, and billing, and ensuring top-notch service quality. Successful candidates will provide empathetic and efficient solutions to customer issues while adhering to performance metrics and organizational guidelines.


Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative (Chat/Email), you will:

  • Resolve customer queries related to orders, inventory, and billing.
  • Handle inquiries professionally, meeting quality and performance standards.
  • Escalate high-priority issues to appropriate channels.
  • Document transactions accurately using the company’s tracking tools.
