Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative (Chat/Email), you will:
- Resolve customer queries related to orders, inventory, and billing.
- Handle inquiries professionally, meeting quality and performance standards.
- Escalate high-priority issues to appropriate channels.
- Document transactions accurately using the company’s tracking tools.
- Actively listen, empathize, and provide tailored solutions to customer needs.
- Follow all organizational policies and procedures during customer interactions.
- Participate in team meetings and additional training sessions to stay updated on processes and procedures.
