Your primary goal as a Data Analyst is to manage and analyze data to generate insights that enhance business decisions. You’ll work with various data sources, identify patterns, and recommend actionable solutions tailored to client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Project Management
- Manage the technical scope of projects at all stages to align with client requirements.
- Gather data from diverse sources, such as data warehouses, databases, and integration tools, and interpret patterns and trends.
- Develop and enforce record management processes and policies.☝
Client Engagement and Reporting
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
- Provide sales data, account reviews, and data insights to help clients achieve their objectives.
- Design and deliver custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that highlight business performance.
Automation and Efficiency
- Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes.
- Set up and maintain automated data workflows.
- Explore external tools and services to enhance data validation and cleansing processes.
Data Analysis and Insights
- Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop predictive models and share insights that can guide client strategies.
- Create benchmarks by analyzing sector and competitor data.
Survey Design and Analysis
- Design and conduct surveys based on client requirements and analyze results to deliver meaningful insights.☝
