Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Product Development team and work specifically on the Accounts Receivable module of our software product. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring product effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and competitiveness within the industry. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify customer needs, provide solutions, and drive continuous improvement within the Accounts Receivable module.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve customer issues, conducting impact analysis on existing features and recommending necessary changes.
- Feature Design and Ownership: Develop new features for the Accounts Receivable module and take full ownership of their successful delivery.
- Requirement Documentation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, create statements of work, and design practical solutions.
- Customer Support: Address customer concerns, clarify technical issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implementation and Sales Support: Provide assistance to implementation and sales teams, ensuring seamless integration of new features.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Business Analysis: Proven experience in analyzing business requirements and identifying solutions.
- ERP and Financials Experience: Prior experience working with ERP systems, particularly on general financial and accounting modules.
- Knowledge of Accounting and Cash Management: In-depth understanding of accounting principles, invoicing, and cash management.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and customers.
- Ownership and Initiative: High level of ownership and accountability for the delivery of changes.
- Additional Skills: Experience with MS SQL, Jira, and exposure to international trade are a plus.
